Review: Bite Golf Shoes
Bite Deville’s black/white design is stylish, and should work with just about any golf attire.
The gold stitching, eyelets and bite logo are nice touches. Even the bottom of the shoe is pretty interesting.
The little spike pods, while quite functional, look pretty neat as well. At 10.4 ounces, not only are they light when you pick them up, but they feel like feathers on your feet. The top ankle area is very well padded, and with the laces tight, the shoe stays put on your feet.
The spike layout is interesting. The Deville’s have 6. The spikes are spaced out more and are setup in little pods almost. Not only do they feel very stable and offer a lot of traction, but cleaning out the spikes at the end of the round is a breeze. The dirt and grass doesn’t have much to stick to around the spikes.
The carbon fiber look area in the bottom of the shoe adds stability to the shoe. It is resistant to twisting and helps contribute to the stability of the shoe, while helping keep it feather light.
For something a little flashier, Bite does offer the: Bite Vibe AC and Bite Sport.
